I ask my Ancestors – How can I connect to you?

They say –
Look in this direction
Remember
Ask for guidance
Step into a place of humility
Start small
Find your safety

This is a relationship and it can grow

I say –
I need my temple
I need my prayers
I need to clean my space – as practice
I need to root in practice
Practice is the earth to nourish my roots

Feeling gratitude
Connecting to my heart as practice
Starting small
